Afterglow is UGK’s Lunar New Year season celebration. A cozy, thoughtfully crafted evening that lives in the window after Lunar New Year and before the Lantern Festival.
Expect a lantern season menu shaped by East & Southeast Asian flavor influences: warming broths, silky sauces, winter citrus brightness, gentle heat, and comfort-forward textures delivered as a curated 6-course progression, with wine pairings selected to match each course.
