Join Chef Steve Glenn and The Underground Kitchen for an evening inspired by the flavors of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Trinidad, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Expect bold island cooking, seasonal ingredients, rum-forward pairings, and dishes shaped by the many cultures that have influenced Caribbean tables for generations. Wine pairings for the evening will be thoughtfully selected by Wine Director Justin Ferguson to complement each course and carry the island journey from start to finish.
