Step into the story of SANS: the historic Sag Harbor communities of Sag Harbor Hills, Azurest, and Ninevah Beach, established as places where Black families could gather, own property, and enjoy summer by the shore during an era of widespread segregation. Through six chef-crafted courses, Chef Steve Glenn honors that legacy with a menu inspired by East Coast summer traditions, featuring fresh seafood, farm-stand produce, grilled meats, and stone fruit. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines selected by Wine Director Justin Ferguson, creating an evening that celebrates history, community, and the enduring spirit of the Black Hamptons.
